Most of my work for The Dead was created in colaboration with my longstanding partner in crime, William Giese. He and my other collaborators are credited in the individual portfolio pages. When the "watermark" for these pieces reads only my name, it does not intend to diminish my colaborators full co-authorship and co-ownership, it merely indicates my lacking the time to construct a watermark template for every variation of shared creative property. Therefore my mark stands as protection for all copyright and/or trademark holders on the displayed images.

Likewise, the name Grateful Dead and all their trademarks including but not limited to the "Steal Your Face" (lightning skull) logo, are the sole property of Grateful Dead Productions.
